How does shipping work?

Lovey Dovey Gifts have production partners all over the world. Depending on the product, your order is shipped from our production centres in the U.S, Canada, and China via our partnership with USPS. Tracking and security check is provided for most orders.


How long does shipping take?

All items are shipped from our warehouses within 1-5 days of purchase. The time taken to dispatch products is solely based on production complexity and any customized or handmade elements of the product.

US: All US customers shall receive their orders within 7-15 business days. This time range varies depending on where the item is located.

International: International shipping typically takes 15-30 days to reach our customers. If your country is not available for shipping during checkout, please kindly contact us. We’ll create a custom order for you.


Where can I find my tracking no?

Tracking and security check is provided for most orders. This will be mailed to you once it is shipped and also updated in your account. You can log in and check it. However, there are few products that do not offer tracking. Don’t worry, it doesn’t affect the shipping time. If you don’t receive your order within our estimated time, we would be happy to provide you a refund.


How secure is my personal information?

We use Paypal as the payment gateway. Therefore, we do not store any of your payment information. PayPal’s website is secure and encrypted, and it is widely used around the world.


What do I do about customs fees?

You will need to bear the cost of any custom or import fees outside of the total price of your order from CuteAnimalLovers. That being said, we mark all our orders as gifts and hence, the chance of attracting custom duties is very low.


I ordered two or more items, but only received one, why?

Sometimes items from the same order will be split into different packages in order to avoid additional custom fees. Also as we mentioned before, we ship different items from different warehouses. You should receive any missing components of your order within two (2) weeks.
